Nashua Mobile Providing a Poor Service

In December I was having a problem with my cell, getting no joy from the Nashua Mobile Look n Listen Cresta who made no effort to assist me any way, which is in walking distance from where I live I decided to go to Nashua Mobile Midrand thinking I would get a better service.
I took my phone into the repair shop at Nashua Midrand on the 21 Dec. I collected my phone from Nashua on the 12 January, the provided me with a refurbished phone. On the 19 January the phone stopped working. I sent it back to Nashua on th 21 Jan. I received another refurbished phone from Nashua on the 14 February. This phone does not come on and there is a big stigger on the battery Accessory Faulty. Nashua is wasting my time and money as I am paying for a phone that I dont have access to. I send them email's on the email address which is on the web they do not reply and when I call in the switch board operator can never transfer me to the repairs shop. I have no joy with the service provided by Nashua Mobile
