Report to vodacom of billing for unused data in Desember2012. Feedback report of 4.2Gb used but impossible as recorded data usage are between 12 to 3 at night. My company use about 500Mb per month for all computers, where can my phone data usage use 4.2Gb without any acknowledgement. As my debit order to Vodacom only for data usage on my phone was R4300.00 which is way above my average billing amount of /- R2000 per month for my whole package. How can this be justified as data which got stuck somewhere in the network and i have to PAY for something not used.
