I ordered the iPhone 5 from Cell C almost a month ago. I am a new client and would expect to receive excellent service, which I am not currently getting.
I have phoned them on numerous occasions to find out where I currently am on the waiting list, so that I could have an idea of when I will be receiving the phone. When phoning the shop, the people answering either dont know what I am speaking about or say that they cannot tell me how far the waiting list has progressed.
I find the waiting period unexceptably long as the Vodacom clients receive their iphones immediately!!!
