Sim card activation

I bought a USB 3G modem on contract from Vodacom online. The device was send 7/02/2013 to me. I struggle to activate the sim. I contact the 082 1945 number and keep on for 30min plus at a time. I spoken to agents from the 082 155 number and they will call me back but it did not happened. I went to Vodacom shop in Sasolburg and they cannot assist and to one in Vanderbijl I keep on send away without assistance. I am tired of the service. The sim is not activated and the service is poor.
