Most Pathetic Service & Network Service Provider!

During End November i took out a new contract, within a week of delivery of the phone, the device was faulty, switching off on its own, freezing every few minutes. I then called vodacom and explained my dilemma, they had come and collected the phone a week and a half later. I was told the contract would be cancelled and my number would be converted back to prepaid within 21 working day. 21 working days had past and still no cancellation, i was still paying for the contract and my number not converted back to prepaid. I then call in and then my number was converted back to prepaid and cancellation was confirmed. Two months later i now get a statement owing Vodacom R 1567.07 for 24 months headset cancellation fees. I called vodacom customer car today, have been transferred 6 times. Still holding on the call for 57 minutes now to get through to vodacom direct! I spoke to cancellations and i have been told that the charge is incorrect however it will take another 30 days to be resolved! so that means i will have to pay these charges!!! until this is resolved and i get credited. I'm sick of always waiting 21 day / 30 day for issues to be resolved! i want this resolved today!
