Personalised Itemise Billing

Hi,

I have a personalised billing on my phone and I have always received my invoice and my personalised itemised billing in my inbox on the 8th of every month.
Since January I havent been receiving my invoice and my personalised itemised billing. In January I logged a call for this and I was told to FAX my ID document so I can get my personalised itemised billing emailed to me. I thought it was just a January thing but no the same thing happened this month. I called Vodacom to get my personalised billing and I am told of the same story. I have to FAX my ID document through to vodacom. Does vodacom have any idea how difficult it is to get a fax machine in this day and age? Do they even know how much it costs to fax a paper? Dont they have an email address where we can send these documents to? Does this mean that I will have to call them every month to get mypersonalised itemised billing?
