What a mission! I was mugged, my phone was, and the worst part of the entire incident has been the vodacom insurance!!! cellsure are impossible! i have called 5 times in the last hour and my call has been dropped 5 times. I can't get through to anyone. I sent through my claim form first thing this morning, they said they didn't get it. Their fax lines are down, they aren't answering phonecalls and I have now emailed it 3 times. Absolutely shocking service!
