Do not purchase WIFI services from Neotel!

I purchased a NeoTel MiFi service to get wifi for home. After receiving the router, I had to spend 1 hour on the phone (being passed between tech support/customer services/accounts) to try and activate the device, which they told me would take 1 day. The following day the device was activated, however I had to spend another 2 hours on the phone to tech support to set-up the device (NOTE: not once did they offer for a technician to come out to help!). According to tech support, the device was set-up however on my side there was still no connection to the internet. I spent a further 3 days on the phone to tech support trying to get it to work. Eventually, after being completely I asked them to cancel it and now they are charging a cancellation fee! So after purchasing an item from Neotel which never worked I now have to pay for them to cancel the contract! Just great! Word of advice, use Telkom!!!
