Debit Order date changed without my knowledge

My debit order date has been changed to the 15th of every month without my knowledge. I by chance checked my balance this morning and saw that the date has been changed to the 15th. Cellc then confirmed that the date was never changed. I told them that this is not my problem as i contacted their offices twice to confirm if my date is the last day of every month, and they confirmed that it is so. My account is up to date and my last debit order was on the 31/01/2013. So why on earth would I allow my account to be deducted on the 15th if my account is up to date??? I will not be held responsible for Cellc account departments negligence.
I am not going to be held responsible for bank charges on my account as i did not agree to this... Please help as Cellc will disconnect my line, I know this for a fact... I need my line to be open & active for business purposes and I have been a loyal Cellc client for years, I did not expect my situation to be handled in such a unprofessional manner. Cellc even had the audacity to tell me there is nothing they can do about it... end of story
