8ta swapped my brand new phone for a second hand

On 24/01/13 I went to the telkom direct store at Midlands Liberty Mall and handed in my refurbished black berry cellphone as the trackpad was giving me problems. I then inquired whether it was my fault as it was the second time I had the same problem. On the first occasion 8ta took my original brand new phone and replaced it with a refurbished phone. The 8ta agent then told me that it was the phone's and not my fault. 10 working days later I went back to the same store and picked up my replacement, but to my horror it looked like it was someone else's second hand phone. The 8ta agent - Rahul then told me to take the phone home and charge it for 4-6 hours, which I did. I then switched the phone on, inserted the sim card and 5mins later, i was receiving e-mails on another person's email address, a person by the name of Remash Shaun's e-mail was set up on the phone as well as that person's BBM. I took the phone back to the same shop and spoke to Rahul, he basically said he couldn't help us or change the cellphone and he would have to speak to his manager and back to us. My complaint is, I bought a brand new phone, why give me second hands and rebuilds? I paid for a brand new phone!
