Cellc double billed my account

I changed my bank account about 2 months back. For some reason the bank account details were not updated at Cellc so my monthly debit order for my Cellc contracts bounced. Cellc sent me a MT saying that I need to pay the outstanding balance for the 2 accounts emediatly otherwise they will have to suspend it. OK fair enough, so I paid the outstanding balance to their netbank account . 2 days afterwards CellC decided to take money off my account for the outstanding amount again even though I have payd it. Fine thats an error, I understand, but here is the thing that grinds my gears!!! I phoned the callcenter and explained the issue and for the debit order to be reversed back into my account. The operator said they will get back to me in 24 hours to 48 hours to discuss how they will refund me. Firstly CellC took my money . why must I wait for someone to call me back in 24 to 48 hours about my money that CellC took!!! So I waited until today (48 hours later). No calls as of yet. I then called them myself and spoke to another operator which told me they will phone me and when CellC refunds me it will take 7 MORE WORKING DAYS!!! Extremely unhappy customer!!!
