I went to Bayside Cell C branch to sign up for a new contract. I wanted the iPhone 5 that was being advertising but was informed that they had no stock and but I was to be put on a waiting list. This was in December 2012. I was told the store would receive new stock in about 2 weeks (almost 2 months ago now) and that I would be contacted when stock arrives. I have heard nothing from them and each time I go to the store or phone I am told the same story..."might get stock in a week or two". If a store does not have a product why advertise it so aggressively? Why tell a customer stock will arrive within the following week or two when they know it will not? Why no communication with the customer? I am now considering going elsewhere!!!
