My account was in arrears and it is up to date now because I made the payment. I sent through the proof of payment to cell C 2 weeks ago already, I also emailed the proof of payment and got a call from the call centre agent to say my account is still in arrears and asked me to send the proof of payment again, how many times do I have to send through the proof. they are quick to hand you over to the legal department but can't follow up on payments made. i want my account removed fromt he legal department immediately as I have paid the account up to date. check your system cell C and allocate my payments!!!
