Complete lack of knowledge and service

So my brother had a contract and he got a new one so i wanted to port my number to his old contract. After many attempts and being told it is not possible after visiting the incompetent staff at the cresta store i was told to port to another provider first then they can port me to Cell C from there. So after doing this the contract was up for renewal and now all of a sudden they wanted to help and Colin informed us that now their sysyem has magically changed and they could have ported me all along as a Cell C prepaid to the Cell C contract even though i have just gone through the effort of porting to Vodacom. So he told us it will all be sorted within 24 hours on 21/12/12. Then after contacting them again they said no only after the 1st so i waited yet again. Story after story and each person says no they will do it and it will be done in 24 hours and almost a month after renewing the contract i am still stuck with no service to my number. Now today the 10th person trying to help tells me now because i actually ported to Vodacom, because some at Cell C told me i had to, it is locked there for 2 months?! At this point i just want to cancel all the contracts we have with them.
