Still billing me even though i cancelled in dec!!

I am at my wits end with autopage. i just have run out of all options. on the 12th of december i ported my number from autopage to Vodacom, i was informed i would need to pay a cancellation fee of R0.83. which i did... imagine my suprise when i get a bill for january of R336.44 (even though my contract only costs R99 a month). I made no called payed all debts in december.etc... after phoning and fighting for over 5 hours of my time. finally today they decided to reimburse me... yay! they payed me R117... I have just run out of energy. Autopage has been a constant source of migraines and stress in my life since ive had to deal with them. Nobody every gets back to me, i just dont know what to do anymore.
