I really regret doing business with Altec Autopage

On the 18th of December i enthusiastically went looking for Laptop and had i known taht it would cause me so much hustle's than i would'nt ahve bothered. I went to altech Autopage in Maponya Mall where i was assisted by the staore manager Jeriamiah. All was well until the 09/01/2013 when my Laptop just froze and stopped working. I called in on the 09th of Jan and spoke to the mnger who then said i must bring my Laptop since its less than a month. I brough back the laptop on the 12/01/2013. Since then i have been the one calling them evertime enquring about tyhe status of my laptop. on every occasion i'm given accuses. I was then called on the 29/01 and i was told to bring back the charger which i initially brough the first time when i brought the laptop and was told to take it back with home they didnt need it. Today its the 07/02/2013 and i still had to be the one that calls to find out the status of my laptop and i was told that they dont know when i will be recieving my laptop because they only took it in for repairs wen i brought back the charger which was last week monday. I'm basically paying for something i dont have and no one can assist me. I'm really disgusted
