I travelled overseas to thailand and knowing once that i got done with a R8000 bill i turned my mobile network off and only connected to wifi.
I have now received my bill and on the 2nd of Jan i have been charged R2050 for 6 minutes and 45 seconds.
is that correct? How are you able to charge amounts like that?
Can someone please look into this for me and see how this is possible and if this can be reduced as this is rather a nasty shock after making sure that i was not roaming?
