I recently enquired with Telkom for a ADSL line to be installed.
The lady I spoke to explained to me that I would have to pay Telkom R165 pm as line rental.
Yesterday they installed the line. Now they tell me they have only installed a telephone line.
They now have to activate it as a ADSL line. They then inform me that I now have to pay a additional R165 pm for the ADSL. So now I have to pay Telkom R330 pm.

I'm unhappy because it was explained to me that R165 would be all that I would have to pay.
