Deteriorating network!

Since september last year the network of vodacom in secunda is deteriorating. Most of my friends experienced the same problems (not receiving calls, breaking up calls, very slow data connection, etc) and logged complaints. We all got an sms saying that they busy upgrading the network, please be patient. No it almost a year further and we noticed barerly any improvement. I've called the customer line now a couple of times to follow up, but everytime they tell me that some will call me back... not happened.

I do not understand why they cannot tell me when we can expect the upgrade being finished and secondly why do we have to pay the full amount, while only getting half of the service. But you cannot stop the service, because you have to buy your selfout!!!

At the moment I am so angry with vodacom it is not funny anymore. Please let them drop that stupid LTE network and use those people to upgrade the network so that we can actually have 3g (cos I have to put my phone on EDGE because the 3G is so unstable it drains my phones battery).
