So i placed an order on the 8th of January 2013 for an iphone 5 on the special that cellc was running for R399 a month, i was advised that there was no stock and that it would take 10-14 working days, it infact took 23 days to arrive and i asked for a black phone and was given a white one, then the phone gets delivered to my office, a brand new phone with scratches on the chassis, i immediately contacted cellc and was advised that i should bring the phone back to the head office in parktown which i did, i then advised the lady that assisted me there that i need the phone back asap because i had ported over from vodacom and my number was very busy and needed to be on asap... she then advised me she would have a reply in 24hours, today being the 06/02/2013, is when i recieved the phone back and it is the same one that was scratched, and also now as i get the phone on, i see that my number has not been ported.
Please can i have some feedback on this as i am very dissatisfied with the service i recieved from cellc and i am very dissapointed. also a friend of mine who works for a competitor advised me that the phone i recieved does not have a seal on it, anywhere on the box. 0746264194
