Monthly data 4 weeks overdue - Worst service eve

I have now sent 15 emails in the last 4 weeks, contacted the customer care helpline more than 20 times and have been chasing after Brian Maleka who previously responded to my complaint but has STILL NOT given me any assistance. Acknowledging the problem but doing nothing about it does not mean it is resolved. I am constantly told a consultant will in be contact with me within 24 hours and not one single time has someone contacted me. Brian Maleka from Autopage has known about my problem for well over a week now and I have had to follow up with him constantly yet my data is STILL OUTSTANDING! He has failed to do his job and assist me. I have no more data on my phone and was promised to have once off data loaded yesterday and am still waiting! I am tired of all the empty promises and over sized excuses!! My January debit order has already been deducted yet I have not received what I have paid for!! My Febraury data is a week away yet I am still waiting for Jan's. This is honestly the worst service I have ever encountered, I as the Client have to beg, plead, fight and throw my toys out the cot before I simply get what I am paying for. I demand my outstanding JANUARY data!!!
