Upgrade contracts with an enormous amount

In January i upgraded my contract at the newcastle Nashua - i don't have an issue with the ladies, they were fantastic helped me alot- upgraded all my details i was happy with my cell phone contract as it was still going to be below R400 - i loaded my new phone on app world and not long thereafter i was softlocked as i always made it such once i reach R200 my phone locks, i then opened my softlock that was about 2 weeks later, today to receive a bill of R1266 - and funny enough my phone was soflocked and it was till downloading and this was on the 11/01/2014 for that day alone R456.14 - please explain to me how does this work if i don't have airtime how can it till download - I refuse to pay that amount where as my phone was softlocked and apps were running - this is pathetic how your accounts run - this is a rip off- asking my phone to be locked at an amount and it is still running, under no circumstances am i paying that amount, expecially knowing i was soflocked - this is really bad data structure of nashua - how can something run on no airtime - please i need feedback and just a note to the people that work at the Newcastle area thank you for your help and friendliness.
