Bad Service and "out of stock"

I inquired about a Compag Presario Notebook that is advertised for the month of Feb. We are not even through the first week in the month and MTN stores do not have stock. I phoned 4 stores, of which half the time the numbers are engaged or I cannot get through. The service in general is shocking with employees shouting "what??? " down the phone when they have no idea what specials are being advertised. I get the same response, there is no stock and the laptop is not going to be available, I must go for the more expensive package. Seriously, what a joke.
