I have THREE contracts with Virgin Mobile and decided to buy myself out of the Tablet contract. I paid the amount due on 23/12/2013. January 12 I phoned, only to discover that I still had THREE contracts. I emailed the proof op payment 3 times. I raised and reported it on this forum. I was then contacted by who informed that the contract on the tablet is now sorted. When I received an account I saw the amount due was STILL the same as if the tablet was not paid off. It was explained to me that the billing is done for a 2 month period which does not make sense. The amount that was paid was the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE on the tablet contract, up and until 24 December 2013 and therefore including December. I subsequently decided that I do not want any more affiliations with VMSA and phoned to enquire on the total due to buy out the other two contracts. Devashan gave me the amount and then assured me that is was not necessary to forward proof of payment as it would reflect on my account within 24 hours. I paid the amount due at 11:00 on 6/02/2014 and when I phoned the next day after 11:00 and later, I was told I the amount is not reflected on my account and that I SHOULD HAVE FORWARDED
