On 06 January 2014 i went to the Vodacom 4U shop in the Carnival Mall to do a SIM Swop afetr my I Pad was with my Vodacom Data Sim (Contract Card). on my arrival in the shop i was approached by one of the consultants (a lady with a very bad attitude) who could not assist me and she called a young man called Julian. I once again had to expain the whole situation him. He then informed me that they don't have a Micro Sim for my I Pad but he can give me a normal SIM card that I (why me, it is them that do not have stock) must then take the SIM Card to Nashua in the Mall as they can cut the SIM to Micro SIM. When I told him that I think it is rediculous, he just laughed at me. Now I ask you, what happenned to good old customer services where they could have taken the card to be cut and sorted out. I am really off with their stinking service!!!
