Dear Vodacom
I have had two cell contracts with VODACOM for the past 5 years or so, and have never had a problem before.
It was time to upgrade my contract so I took a new phone and another two year contract.
In hindsight I cannot not afford this contract, so I returned the phone (shop assistant checked for scratches/damages and found none) within the 7 day period. (this is called a COOLING DOWN PERIOD)
I have now been told that VODACOM is enforcing the contract and I must come and fetch the phone (which I cannot Afford)
Has VODACOM not heard of CONSUMER RIGHTS?
