On 09 October 2013, I applied for contract phone at Cell C. I was told that if my application was to be successful I would receive the phone within 7 days. Two weeks went by I didn't received the phone, so I approached another services provider and I got a phone. On 28 October 2013 the phone was delivered by Cell C at my house and my wife signed for it.
I called Cell C to arrange for collection as I cannot afford to pay for two contract phones. The person I spoke to she promised to send someone to collect the phone that was in early November 2013.
On 20 January 2014 I called Cell C and I was assisted by Mbhali who promised me that the phone will be collected within 7 days.
On 5 February 2014 I called Cell C and I was assisted by Chads who said the phone was booked for collection on their sheet but not putted on their system. So he had to find out why and promised to call me back. Never did.
Today 7 February 2014 I called and assisted by Nkosinathi who could not find anything about collection of the phone. And told me that he will asked Mbhali to call me back when she was finish on the phone, as she was busy with another customer. So far it been an hour I have not received a call
