I wanted two Plantronics Bluetooth Headphones. The Store only had one in stock which I bought and the store assured me that Cape Town has stock and they have ordered it for me. I can collect in a weeks time (3 Feb). I called on the 3 Feb and was told by Schalk they received stock but he will have to go through it to check if my headphones is part of it. He will call me back. He never called me back. I called again in the week and was told by Schalk that he did not receive the stock and will not be able to get it. The store in question conducts its operations most unproffessionally and cannot be trusted.
