Poor service, incompitent

I upgrade my cellphone to a Galaxy Y Pro a year ago... 6 months of the year I struggle to get the thing working properly. First time it went in for repair on November 2013... they change the sim card... telling me that this wil solve my problem of no signal... and poor reception... after few weeks the phone reboot itself by switching on and off all the time. I handed the phone in at Faerie Glen on the 9 December 2013... they send it in for repair... on the job card they said they replaced the power switch... (repair code A04:PCB replacement)...
the phone did not work the same day I received it back witch was on the 2 January 2014... On 14 January 2014 after many phone calls... Autopage sent a courier to collect the phone and sent it to the repair centre once again. On 31 January they deliver the phone and still the phone dId not work. SAME PROBLEM. I phoned autopage telling them that I want to cancel my contract because Im paying for something I don't have. OR the must supply me with a NEW phone and not a Galaxy Y Pro because clearly there is something wrong with it. NOBODY is responding... I have to phone them every time. PLEASE HELP
