3X Repairs on Cellphone - still the same problem

I upgrade my daugther's cellphone contract (072 661 2251) Blackberry to a Samsung S3 Mini in August 2013, she had no problems with her phone until Nov 2013. Since 7 Nov 2013 her phone has been for repairs 3X at Vodacom Repairs Menlyn with an software update, mother board replacement and another software update which has been done on the phone and the same problem exist. I went back to the branch at the Kolonnade on 20 Jan 2014 and Anzel Marais took the phone and said she will inform her Manager (Vera). I forwarded an email on 28 Jan without any reply, phoned on 4 Feb and then got an sms that the phone is send back to Vodacom Repairs - I feel that if a phone can not be fixed after 3X as I client needs to be compensated but I feel that nobody cares and the fact that the branch doesn't even respond to me is just outrageous.
