Fails to abide by own Contract. No phone for 3weeks

On the 7th of Nov2013 i bought a contract phone (Blackberry 9320) at Westgate mall which gave me problems within 3days of having it. The phone would burn up and switch off. Since it was still under their own OBF Policy i was within my rights to get another phone after a longer sruggle to enlighten the consultant that he too has no knowledge of the terms and conditions of the contracts of where he works. Seriously!! So i got another phone on the 10th Nov 2013, in just two months this phone has given me the exact same hastles, i called Vodacom to no avail, I then took this phone back afterall im bound by a contract for the next 24months, my money is being deducted for a phone that crashes constantly, Unbelievable! i was told that it will be booked in for repairs, they will only call me after three weeks, How can i not get a standby phone, its not my problem that your phones are faulty and unreliable, what am i going to do for three weeks without a phone. According to my contract "should your device become faulty within 1 year from purchase it will be replaced with a unit in a non commercial packaging by the repairs outlet, free of charge" i was entitled to a standby phone. where is it? Pathetic
