8ta always miss the debit order &jst send the account to their debt collectors Nudebt and once u make the payment there's no communication between 8ta and them.all this resulted in my contract being terminated thou I hv paid the full amount that ws outstanding hv made numerous phone calls trying to resolve this matter, I hv been transferred from one person to the nxt person whch I ws finally told that I'm still owing the amount of 500 after being told my account was fully paid and up to date.no one had a valid reason as to wt this amount ws for&i hv asked for a balance statement with this outstanding amount&it ws never sent to me. Because of this I cannot get an upgrade that I ws due for or get another contract with 8ta. I so badly want another contract with 8ta as they have the best contract packages than any other service providers. I seriously do not want to go to any other service providers except 8ta.pls make it possible for me to gt another contract&help me sort out any issue preventing me to upgrade or gt another contract.
