Wrong Information given to customer & bad service

I went to autopage in Estcourt to take out a vodacom contract, after choosing the best suitable 1 for me and the price they told me it will come to, i had went along with the deal. When going to collect my phone the next day, the price of the contract was more that what the staaf member had told me it will be. He did not even tell me the charge is more, i picked it up myself before signing the printed page. I came home and laid query to autopage online and i had received an email saying a consultant will contact me. I waited a whole day and no one had contacted me. Im highly dissapointed with autopage as i received false information and terrible service as my problem is not sorted out.
