My iPhone 4s broke and I took it in to one of the MTN stores at Eastgate and was alerted to come and collect the phone two weeks later only to be told that my password was not deactivated and therefore no repairs could be done. Take two, the consultant removes all the passwords in my absence (taking instruction from me over the phone) and assured me that the matter would be resolved. Low and behold, a month later the warehouse returns the phone as is because an app called 'find my iPhone' is still activated on the phone. Did they think a month later was the appropriate time to tell me this? My phone has all my important contacts in it which I need and had to do without for a whole month, in the hopes that I would have them when my phone returned but alas. I have paid insurance premiums on that phone diligently and do not understand why the incompetent nincompoops who work at their shop couldn't have told me this? They can consider my contract CANCELLED. I will just pay out the two months remaining and bid them goodbye, I will not tolerate such abuse from anyone.
