I settled an account with cell c in October last year... sent through a cancellation letter and proof of payment. Cell c still had the nerve to debit me in November of an amount of R200 I just let it pass despite having paid a settlement amount in October which should include all amounts. January this year I was debited an extra R1119 and no body in the freaken call center can explain why. I swear I must have called at least 10 times with a different story from each person. Eventually I recieved a case number and was told my query would be answered in 24 - 48 hours which has not happened yet and this was logged on Friday 31/01/2014 it is now the 06/02/2014. I want my money back... I'm being billed for something that has been settled. The worst part is no one in the call center understands my frustration and no one sympathizes with me I'm always left feeling like a fool. I work in a bank n to think I give good service everyday and then to put up with service like this from cell c it is disgusting I will never refer my family and friends ever to you guys ur service is extremely poor. 4020101888 is my case number sort this out or my next step is to get my lawyers involved.
