We upgraded our son's phone in December and was promised that we could add data to his current package
25 calls later and 15 tries from December to yesterday - another manager discovered this could not be done.
Surely the staff and the manager should be trained
Wasn't my time and frustrated to be no end as he never only every returned one of my 15 calls and each time I had to call back
I requested that person who is overall responsible for the store to call me - I think they said her name was Kelly - well whoever is the overall manager - I am still waiting???
