Dear Sir/Madam

Plz note I'm so irritable by being taken frm pillar 2post - just 2get my contract/account 2b cleared &canceled.

On Tuesday night I paid my outstanding balance so I can get my account cleared frm Legal status, when I called in 2check &proceed with my cancellation -the amount of a paid up balance had not reflected on MTN's systems (that i understand clearly -no problem by me), 2my surprised when I called in again 4the 2nd time on a Wednesday afternoon -I spoke 2someone (Masanevza i think) in legal dept. who promised that my account will be cleared from legal status - I'm then sent 2cancellation, the Person i speak 2must have been Nkosana - who said because the system still shows i'm under legal -cancellation cannot proceed - i should wait (Fine).

Today being a Thursday with the help of the ref number i asked4 on Wednesday -2my surprise my account was still reflecting status legal not cleared, Rhulani in cancellation sent me back 2Legal -Faith Valashiya assisted with clearing 'sadly' i get sent back 2cancellations 2finally get my account canceled.

Already too many people involved (so sad), I understand MTN works on a structure &sytems but 2get cleared waz aMission
