I cancelled my service with Telkom in December, as I went back to Germany. I haven't received my deposit back and they have deducted the monthly fee from my bank account for February just now. They are not responding to e-mails and the international call center doesn't pick up calls. I wrote 2 emails, phoned several times and wrote on their facebook page. I want my deposit back, the debit order to be cancelled and them to respond!
I have had internet problems since the flood in somerset west in November, so I haven't had internet since November, I had to pay my full bill and they told me, by reporting the fault, I will automatically get a deduction on my bill. I haven't seen a single cent from them. Now they are still deducting money from my account, although the account has been closed ages ago! I am helpless in Germany as I don't reach ANY person to talk to about this matter. I want MY money back.
