Very weak 3G signal

At my home residance my MTN signal is really bad. I dont even get proper 3G speeds of 42Mbps HSDPA
If I dont get that speed then logically I wont get LTE speed. But on the MTN website it shows that where i stay I should get LTE signal and speed. I struggle to get 3G it just stay on Edge. And when it does go to 3G I only get 1Mbps download speed.
I have logged this call with customer services and now they want to activate my LTE. How can you activate my LTE if I dont even get a very good signal on 3G 42Mbps?
As if the support person don't know what they talking about.
I really like my MTN because I used it before in a different area and there I got stable 3G signal and got speeds up to 21Mbps.
