The attitude of Telkom towards customer service is really bad. I run a recruitment business and I have 3 Telkom. I reported that 2 of the lines went dead on 29 January, including my main switchboard number. I was given the following reference numbers: 874CRZ 29/01/14 and 877CRZ 29/01/14. Today is Thursday 6 Feb 2014 and the twolines are still dead. When I phoned Telkom Business to enquire, they say there is a heavy workload. In the meantime I continue to loose business, and come month-end Telkom will send me an invoice for their services. This is unacceptable, especially because Telkom Business say their turn-around time is 48 hours!
