Damaged new cellphone

L upgraded last year my bb to a Samsung. only a few mnths my cell phone started to give problems. I went to vodashop Middelburg mall where I upgraded. they send the phone to witbank vodashop repairs. I received my phone back. when I look at it, I notice my phone is damaged. the way he opened my phone he damaged it on 2 places. in front there is also small places where the silver is off. its not heavy big damaged BUT my point is I send in my phone to be repair and not to be damaged. my phone isint even a year old and already its damaged. I went back to Middelburg mall vodashop. the lady gave me witbanks number. I phone and spoken to a Yolanda. she wanted pictures. 24/01/2014 I took the phone so that photos can be taken and email to her. a week went by and still nothing from her. I phone today almost 2 weeks 05/02/14 and spoken to her again, now she wants my phone to see for herself. why didn't she said that from the beginning? why didn't she phone me? i am a customer now I must phone her!!! I want a new phone, they damage my phone how am my phone going to look after 1 year? is it my fault that vodashop cant look after customers phone? Yolanda's customers service is zero!
