My land line is noisy, i reported it and the technicians came out after numerous calls to them at my expense.
The technicians found the problem outside my boundary (underground cable/Junction box).
the problem was resolved (no noise) for about two days. i recall them since on numerous occasions, logged the call via internet and sms's. last i call and requested the manger call me. three days later no response. Beside my land line being faulty, i am paying for a 4mb/s speed but am lucky if i get a speed of 1mb/s.
even this report i cannot get out!!
