This is now the THIRD time I am posting this on hellopeter!!! Each time someone says they'll get back to me, but they never do.
MTN, I am considering legal action against you.
I have been billed for the last 8 months for a phone MTN no longer insures, and I cannot get hold of the insurance department - they NEVER answer their phones.
I have logged this on hellopeter recently (https:///mtn/complaints/insurance-department-shocking-1295551) (REQ:3132244) and req: 3192147), but no-one has got back to me.
MTN, I'm going to hold you in breech and cancel my contract and take you to court over damages if you don't sort this out immediately - this has been going on for a month!
PLEASE SORT IT OUT. I'm furious.
