Ad service you should be ashamed!!!

We took out a contract with 8ta over the phone a few years ago.
my fiancee used the phone for a while untill he lost it last year sometime. we heve been struggling since then to get a new simcard for this contract.
He has not been able to use this phone for almost a year now. And there is airtime which he pays for every month.

now they phoned and said he is owingthem R400! for what??? for no service???

he applied for a sim swab at the brooklyn store, the sales consultant could only give him a new simcard over 2 weeks after he applied?

when he finally got it it was not working, so we went back on which she told us that the simcard is illegal!!
she said that she would log a call for the sim to be activated, NEVER HAPPENED!!!

it is now quite a few months later, and we still waiting.

this contract is also due for an upgrade, she said she would order the phone, NEVER HAPPENED!!!

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT WE CAN MAYBE GET SOME HELP NOW???
