8ta / Telkom Mobile
BIS switched off

I activated my BIS on my Blackberry the morning of 03/02/14. It worked fine the whole day. When I woke up on 04/02/14 it somehow miraculously disconnected again. I called their help desk about 6 times between then and now and all they can say is they have a ticket open and it is with their technical department. On one of the calls, after holding for 35 minutes, i was told it was switched on manually and i should wait a few hours. 18 hours later I am still waiting. What should I do to get what I pay for 8ta? The level of incompetence is staggering. I will be porting my number to Vodacom very soon.
