I contacted customer care to ask about having a 2nd sim card that has the same number.
I received an email response stating that "With (Twincall), both SIM cards will have the same number, however, cannot be used at the same time".
I paid for the new simcard at a vodacom shop, and I was told I would be charged a connection fee, and a monthly fee for the service. So far about R210.
As you know, the quote above is incorrect - the simcards do NOT have the same number. If I make a call from the new card, it does not come up as my number, but a different number. If I send an SMS it comes from the new number. i.e. I was to when I asked about the product, and I feel I need to be refunded.
