Number porting messed up - 3 weeks still no joy

Telkom mobile eastgate seriously needs to look at the quality of their staff employed. My wife went into the branch and requested her number be ported from vodacom as she took a cellphone contract with telkom mobile. The person helping her messed up the port and ported her number to a prepaid number. We made numerous calls and made 3 visits to the branch and still her number does not work. She left messages for the manager of the branch to call her and the manager hasn't. Her number has now been out of order for almost 3 weeks, She regrets moving from Vodacom to Telkom mobile as she didn't experience any difficulties over the years when on the Vodacom network.
