I have been experiencing problems with my neotel handset since receipt of it. I originally bought it from a company called Streamcom and they checked the coverage in my area and said all was in order. I cannot understand then why I continuously have signal problems and whenever I receive / make calls the person on the other side of the line cannot hear a word I am saying. I have had a look online and I see there are many people with these sort of complaints. I would therefore like to return the handset and have my money back please. I need to have a full functional landline for business use and I cannot afford to have clients put the phone down on me because they cannot hear me. The idea was to be able to phone landline calls with the inexpense of cell to landline calls but it seems I am using my cellphone more often as the Neotel line does not work.
I have spoken with the company I bought the handset from and they are wanting to send it in for repairs. Its not the handset though, I have seen many complaints online regarding this as well as had complaints from other users regarding this handset.
I want to return the handset please and be refunded.
