Why can i not migrate to a higher package? if this is the case i can promise you i will not use this line anymore and you will not make a single cent off me for the duration of the contract! this is unacceptable. dont give me some bs that it is because i am on a promo package. other networks work it into the new migration. are you telling me MTN is so incompetent??? i dont really expect a response as i see it takes MTN 5 days to get back to anyone on Hello Peter. and then no one contacts the customer anyways.
