Best Telecommunication 3G coverage

I stay in Inchanga, Kwa-Simba area and the only 3G reception came from Telkom mobile/8ta, so much for the "other" providers much advertised "best & fastest coverage!!

I would like to stop the debit order because I was scammed regarding to proff do I qualify for a smart shopper card not knowing that it actually is NPL3 trapping me in paying 260 each month
